भगवान वामन से सम्बन्धित तीर्थ
ग्राम बोड़श्याम स्थित यह चौथा तीर्थ विष्णुहृद, विष्णुपद या वामनक तीर्थ के नाम से प्रसिद्ध है। महाभारत में कहा है कि विष्णुपद नामक तीर्थ में स्नान करके वामन भगवान की अर्चना करनी चाहिए। वामन पुराण में इसे वामन अवतार तथा राजा बलि से सम्बन्धित बताया है। यहां ज्येष्ठमास के शुक्ल पक्ष की एकादशी को यथाशक्ति स्नान दान करने से मनुष्य को परम पद मिलता है। तीर्थ परिवेश से हड़प्पा संस्कृति से लेकर निरन्तर गुप्त काल तक की संस्कृतियों के प्रमाण मिले हैं।

Tirthas related to Lord Vaman
This is fourth tirtha located in the village Bodshyam. It is famous as Vishnuhrad, Vishnupad or Vamanak tirtha. It is said in the Mahabharata that one should take bath in the Vishnupad and worship Lord Vaman. In the Vaman Puran it is related to Vaman incarnation as well as king Bali. According to this Puran, by bathing and making most of the donation. here on the day of Ekadashi of the Shukla Paksha of the month of Jyeshtha, the devotee attains the supreme position. Evidences of different cultures from the Late Harappan to historical periods have been found from the vicinity of this place.
