शुक्र कुण्ड कैथल
नवग्रहों को समर्पित कुण्डों में से एक तीर्थ
नवग्रह कुण्डों में से एक इस कुण्ड का निर्माण भी युधिष्ठिर द्वारा करवाया गया था जो कि सूर्य कुण्ड के दक्षिण-पूर्व में स्थित है। तीर्थ स्थित पातालेश्वर महादेव मन्दिर उत्तर-मध्यकालीन नागर शैली का मन्दिर है जो कि वास्तुकला की दृष्टि से अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण है। तीर्थ परिसर से 8वीं 9वीं शती ई. की इंटे भी मिली हैं। तीर्थ के जीर्णोद्धार का श्रेय कैथल के शासक भाई उदय सिंह के मंत्री सेठ छज्जूमल को जाता है जिसके कारण इसे छज्जू कुण्ड भी कहा जाता है। वर्तमान में तीर्थ पर उत्तर-मध्यकालीन स्नान घाटों के अवशेष देखने को मिलते हैं। पूर्व में यहां शुक्रवार एवं कार्तिक स्नान की परम्परा रही है।

This kund was also built by Yudhishthira, which is situated towards the south-east of Surya Kund. Pataleshwar Mahadev temple of Nagar style situated at the tirtha is a temple of the Late medieval period, which is important from the point of view of architecture. Bricks of 8th-9th century CE have been found from the tirtha complex. The credit for the renovation of this tirtha goes to Seth Chhajjumal, the minister of Bhai Uday Singh, the ruler of Kaithal. Because of this association, the tirtha is also called Chhajju Kund.
