धर्मराज को समर्पित तीर्थ
स्थानीय मान्यताओं के अनुसार यह तीर्थ सत्य के देवता यमराज अर्थात धर्म को समर्पित है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि बाहर से आने वाले तीर्थयात्रियों के लिए इस तीर्थ के जल में स्नान वर्जित है। इस सरोवर में केवल स्थानीय लोग ही पवित्र स्नान कर सकते हैं। बाहर से आने वाले तीर्थयात्री इस तीर्थ पर केवल पूजा कर सकते हैं। तीर्थ परिसर से मध्य कालीन मृद्भाण्ड एवं लाखोरी ईंटें मिलती हैं। हालांकि तीर्थ के परिवेश से आद्य ऐतिहासिक काल के मृदभाण्ड एवं अन्य पुरावस्तुएं मिलती हैं।

Tirtha dedicated to Yama
According to local belief, this tirtha is dedicated to Yama, the god of truth or Dharma. At this tirtha the sacred bath is allowed only for local people. The pilgrims coming from outside are prohibited to take bath in the waters of this tirtha. They can only worship at this tirtha. Medieval potteries and lakhori bricks are found in the tirtha premises. However, potteries and other antiquities of Early historic period are found in the vicinity of the tirtha.
